Proposed 4 acre site plan carved out of 260 acre development area contains apartments, rural residential lots which are one acre minimum. There is also a plotting for a commercial venue that is being classified as an all-purpose recreational facility. The intent is to build as near as possible to the spring so that the spring can be rehabilitated and utilized as a feature. For now the focus will be on the first four units just off Morning Mist Road. (Privately Owned/Still In Planning)

THE ISLAND OF ST. MAARTEN - VILLAGO diPORTINA

The village is located along Simpson Bay Lagoon where boats and yachts frequent the waters between the French and the Dutch sides of the island. The village includes restaurants, a marina, boardwalk, and shops. (Completed)
