Andrew Oliver, CEO

Over 20 years experience as a Land Planning and Development consultant specializing in managing consultants and preparing land development concepts. Working with private developers to prepare environmental analysis, development plans and obtain governmental approval.

LAND PLANNING

Vice President of Planning for Southwest Diversified/Coscan Development and managed all land development and planning for the firms Southern California Division including the highly successful 272 Luxurious LaVina Home Development, located in the foothills of Altadena, California. After ten years of providing corporations with management expertise in planning, designing, financial modeling, debt service analysis and income projections; Andrew became a self employed consultant for private land developers which included developments in the very environmentally sensitive Santa Monica Mountains of Southern California. Additionally he managed development of Caribbean Resorts, which includes the Resort at Levera Beach, Grenada, W.I. and Villagio Di Portofino on the Dutch Island of St. Maarten.

FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS

An extensive background in studying the potential success of a development project, including cost, physical and environmental constraints, market data, financial projections and partnership agreements. Specializing in environmental impact mitigation and analysis, preparation of environmental studies and preservation of historical structures.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Designed programs to recruit and train local unemployed in the building trades and integrate them into the work force of projects within a socioeconomic deprived neighborhood. His experiences include working with redevelopment agencies, creating policies and guidelines to develop plans for the revitalization of blighted and depressed communities.

Yolanda Oliver, VP Finance & Operations

Over 28 years experience in line management, task management, system engineering, software engineering and technology development. Yolanda manages the day-to-day company operations including personnel management, subcontract management, marketing, product development, purchasing, and finance.

DUE DILIGENCE AND FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS

Utilizing her IT background, Yolanda developed innovative products to automate time consuming due diligence processes for land acquisition. As a consultant, she designed the first automated screening tool to assist land developers to quickly identify and assess the development potential of residential properties within city and county jurisdictions. The web-based product includes a land development fee calculator, land use/zoning maps, community and political concerns, utility requirements and availability, school districts mitigation, and impact analysis.

CONTRACT COMPLIANCE MONITORING

Yolanda also provides independent compliance monitoring services for Contractors receiving State, County, and City housing funds. The compliance monitoring services are intended to implement and ensure compliance with the conditions of grants and to complement the enforcement and monitoring programs routinely administered by State, City, and County agencies. Participation in the program ensures that the Contractor complies with all pertinent state, county and city regulatory requirements.

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

Within the residential construction division, she provides individual consultation to clients on design and material selection to create unique one-of-a-kind custom interior design solutions for new construction and remodels.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS DESIGN

She has an extensive background in Mathematics and Computer Science and worked At Jet Propulsion Laboratory for 28 years managing the development of large-scale information systems for the NASA Earth Science Enterprise.
